There are few bands that dare to breach the gap between genres to create something new entirely. The Parousia is among one of the rare. Born out of sheer necessity to create art, two individuals became what is now The Parousia. Founded by friends Josh Rivera and Keith Settles, the band was sure to become something unique. Though trials tried to bring them down, the band continued to press through arduous ends.
The Parousia experienced changes in their line up, but that did not discourage them from doing what they do best, create great music. With the loss of two members, the band was back to its original two. That was until Brian Raczon (ex-member of All Fall Short) joined and completed the bands already dynamic sound.
Opportunities began opening for them as they met with Producer Jeff Darcy (Sleep for Sleepers). Together they put together the most innovative and sonically intricate E.P. that has been created in the last few years.
With a strong arena ready set, and an E.P. ready to debut Febuary 27th, The Parousia is preparing to tour and release their distinctive sound for the world to hear.
